PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle security control device which can permit the use of a vehicle even in the time when the consumption of the battery of a portable machine and a trouble of the electric wave are generated. SOLUTION: An installing part 88 provided to a vehicle, in which a switching means is installed; and key suitability deciding backup means 46 and 90 which carry out a code collation between the switching means installed to the installing part 88, so as to decide the permission or the no-permission of the vehicle, when it is decided that the vehicle is not permitted to use by a key suitability deciding means; are provided. As a result, even when the consumption of the battery of a portable machine, or a trouble of the electric wave are generated, it is made possible to permit the use of the vehicle. In another execution form, a backup abnormality deciding means to decide the existence of the abnormality of the key suitability deciding backup means is provided.
