PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drive method of a brushless motor, capable of avoiding resonance with mounted equipment and suppressing noise and temperature rise. SOLUTION: In a brushless motor drive gear which supplies power to a three-phase coil 9b by a PWM controlling a switching element of an inverter part 3, the drive method of a brushless motor inputs a carrier frequency for the PWM controlling the switching element as a parameter to a parameter setting part 7, to PWM-control the switching element by the carrier frequency. Here a microcomputer 6 PWM-controls six drive switching elements by generating a carrier frequency selected from the parameter setting part 7.
