<p>An enhanced architecture of a compression shape forming frame for obtaining hardness and intensity of the wood, wherein the architecture of the shape forming frame for compressing logs employs an acoustic transmission method, and the shape forming frame is made up of a die portion as a former part and a body portion as a latter part, and an outer cylinder of the shape forming frame is formed of a wood having a density 1.3 times or above higher than that of a common wood and a humidity of 8% or lower, said wood is positioned in such a manner that the fiber direction of said wood is the same as axis direction (0-0') of the wood to be processed, and an inner cylinder of the shape forming frame is formed of fiberglass reinforced synthetic resin, whereby ensuring simultaneously a durability and an endurance against a pressure.</p> |
