The invention concerns a temperature sensor comprising an optical source wit h optical fibre (10, 30) for delivering an optical signal, a first optical fib re transmission line (12, 32) connected to the optical source, an optical fibre sensitive part (14, 34) connected to the first optical fibre transmission line, a second optical fibre transmission line (16, 36) connected to said optical fibre sensitive part, and an optical detection and processing circui t (18, 38) connected to the second optical fibre transmission line for receivi ng and analysing the optical signal transmitted by the optical source and passi ng through the optical fibre. The invention is characterised in that said optic al fibre sensitive part is mounted on a plane and curved support over a specifi c length (N1) and with a specific amplitude of curvature (A1).
