<p>The invention concerns a gas apparatus for heating and/or cooking food, characterised in that it comprises a housing (1) including a lower body (2) wherein is received a gas/air mixture to be burnt, and a top part (6) in the form of a plate (60) designed to be urged to rest on said body (2), orifices (42) being provided in said housing (1) for the outflow and combustion of said gas/air mixture; the plate (60) upper surface forms a surface for receiving food to be heated and/or cooked, and the housing has a sinuous outline with radial branches (10) arranged such that the outflow and combustion of said gas/air mixture take place in the central, peripheral and radial zones of the surface beneath the top part (6).</p> |
