摘要 <p>Near the combination of mass flows from the multi-channel extrusion nozzle (5), a guide beam is included. Two adjacent flow channels connected to their respective supply lines conduct the differently colored mass flows into the multi-channel extrusion nozzle. The flows, initially separated widen out to the exit edges of the nozzle and are led past, over two different surfaces of the guide beam. An Independent claim is included for the corresponding method of making the sheet. Preferred features: A variant based on the foregoing principles is described. Flow channels guiding upper sheets or over-coating materials in the front region of the multichannel extrusion nozzle. They border on each other and extend over individually predetermined widths substantially covering the full width of the nozzle, with a similar arrangement for the substrate sheet material. The multi-channel extrusion nozzle comprises four or more stacked plates. Between each pair there is a flow channel, separated at the rear. Further variants and details are provided. An embossing machine follows the nozzles, conferring at least two different patterns to the product, using a roller with differing adjacent patternings. An intermediate heater adjusts the extrudate transverse temperature profile. Smoothing and/or embossing and cooling rollers (6, 7, 7') are included between extrusion and the embossing unit.</p>
