摘要 The yarn treatment system (T) has at least one rotating component (K,M,4) powered by a controlled electromotor forming a yarn feed apparatus. (F). At least one of the feed attachments (Z-Z3) has a moving section (M1,10) which is operated through a signal representing the rotary speed of one of the yarn feed components. At least one of the feed attachments (Z-Z3) has a moving section (M1,10) which is operated through a signal representing the rotary speed of one of the yarn feed components. The signal can be generated by an electronic sensor (S), electrically separated and independent of the control (C) or drive (M) at the yarn feed apparatus. (F). The sensor can be positioned at a given point (X,X1) of the yarn feed (F), where at least an unused section of the rotating magnetic field can be scanned on rotation of the feed apparatus components (K,M,4). The sensor (S) has a signal output, linked to the attachments (Z-Z3) and preferably their control (C1) using a signal cable (14) with a plug connection (20). The sensor has its own power supply, such as a battery or mains connection. The power supply for the sensor (S) can be through links with the attachments (Z-Z3) or a voltage supply box (B) for the yarn feed apparatus. (F). The attachment (Z,Z2) is a controlled yarn impregnator (9), installed along the yarn (Y) path, and preferably at the yarn feed apparatus. (F). The attachment (Z2,Z3) is also a slip advance or yarn brake in front of or behind the yarn feed (F). The attachment (Z1) is also a rotary drive for the supply bobbin (15) with the yarn (Y) for the yarn feed apparatus. (F). The yarn impregnation unit (9) is fitted to the yarn feed (F) by a holder structure (12), with the sensor (S) positioned at the monitoring point (X), preferably at or near the yarn feed housing wall at the entry side. The yarn impregnation unit (9) has at least one applicator (10) operated by an electromotor (M1) and a control (C1), with a permanent or switched link to the signal output of the sensor (S). A plug opening, threaded drilling or suspension point is prepared at the housing (1) of the yarn feed (F) for mounting the sensor (S), at the yarn feed monitoring point (X,X1). The attachments (Z1-Z3) are displaced from the sensor (S), and are linked to it by a cable (14). The unused portion of the rotating magnetic field is at the drive, control or monitoring magnetic field of the feed apparatus. (F) drive motor (M). The unused portion of the rotating magnetic field at the feed winder (4) is through a permanent magnet (8) of the rotary transmitter integrated into the yarn feed apparatus. (F). The sensor has a receiver, which picks up the unused portion of the rotating magnetic field from rotating components of the yarn feed (F). Preferred Features: The sensor (S) has a probe housing with the receiver for the rotating magnetic fields and/or magnetic field variations. A mounting (G) secures the sensor (S) at the monitoring point (X,X1). The sensor housing contains amplifier and signal evaluation circuits. The mounting (G) for the sensor housing is a body of plastics, rubber or foam with an adhesive coating, or it is a clamping ring. Or the mounting (G) is a sprung clip, to attach the sensor (S) to a projection or a cooling rib at the housing (1) of the yarn feed apparatus. (F).
