The micro-cellular layer has micro-cells, each one having a relay (6,7), and a macro-cellular layer with a macro-cell covering these micro-cells. A communication in the micro-cellular layer is effected between the mobile and a set of the relay, of the order of two, affected by the communication. The relays of a set affected by a communication changes during the course of the communication, and the communication is transferred from the micro-cellular layer to the macro-cellular layer when it is not possible to effect to the communication, a number of corresponding relays to this order. |
