It has a hull 31 of the seagull-wing type, with rounded bow and stern, and it consists of a deck 68 and a bottom 69 which are hermetically joined via their edges and between which is injected a compact mass of closed-cell polyurethane foam. The hull comprises a number of lockers 41 to 46 which are accessible via the deck 68 by means of individual deck-houses 51 to 56 which are closed by means of respective covers 61 to 66. The impulse turbine 33 is arranged in a housing 34 provided with lateral walls with an angular opening such that, in the direction of the stern, they make it possible to open the rear cover of the blades of the turbine of the vessel, at least by an angle of 90 degree. The turbine 33 has its base 35 placed at a higher level than the base 69 of the vessel and its rear part 37 is in front of the end rear edge 38 of the vessel. <IMAGE>
