<p>The underframe (1) of the couch has legs (2,3) widening in a V towards the underside, and accommodates a seat and hinging backrests and legrests. Two armrests hinge on the backrest and lock into engagement with the underframe to position the backrest on it. On the underside of the legrest (9) and on the underframe are locking devices (19-21) for separate positioning of the legrest. The latter can have a locking bar (17) attached to it, with recesses at intervals in the underside in which a locking lug on the underframe engages. The bar can be of channel- or angle-section. There can be a bar at each side of the legrest, engaging with locking lugs on the front legs (3) of the underframe.</p> |
