PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of boiled rice using solid cultured matter of mushroom koji is provided to take a meal which is seasoned with functionality and preference for patients as a diet as well as for general people to prevent a disease such as a cancer and the like. CONSTITUTION: The manufacturing method of boiled rice using solid culture of mushroom koji is used for making sterile boiled rice which is mixed of various kinds of grains one or more than two with grains having mushroom koji cultivated, and manufactured by packing the sterile boiled rice with nitrogen gas in a sterile chamber after boiling the general ingredients of boiled rice such as brown rice, polished rice, glutinous rice, milled rice, coix and the like to preserve the product at the normal temperature for 6 months.
