PURPOSE: A covering device for a toilet is provided to be used for various uses other than covering the toilet and to supply a comfort while using the bedpan. CONSTITUTION: A toilet covering device comprises:a subsidiary cover(40) being combined to the upper unit of a cover(30) for adjusting the height; the cover being combined to a hinge(10) for possibly adjusting the height; a bedding tissue(35) being inserted to the inside of the cover for being easily withdrawn; and a couple of guide rods(11) being connected to the hinge for being inserted to a guide groove(31) being formed in the lower unit of the cover for being possibly slid. Therefore, the cover can be raised along the guide rods for adjusting the height. Also, the bedding tissue is inserted to the inside of the cover for being conveniently withdrawn through a withdrawing aperture(34) being formed in the lower unit of the cover.
