PURPOSE: A moxa cautery tool is provided to adjust the temperature of the heat being transmitted to a skin while burning a moxa by adjusting the distance and to increase a treating effect by a remote infrared ray. CONSTITUTION: A moxa cautery tool contains:a main body pipe(10) as a hollow pipe shape; a protecting ring(11) being adhered in the lower side of the main body pipe for preventing a heat transmission to a skin; a burning stand(21) containing plural vent apertures for transmitting the burning heat of the moxa cautery burning in the upper unit to the skin for treating various disease; a separating surface(31) being adhered to the inner circumferential surface of the main body pipe by a self elastic force for variably adjusting the burning location of the moxa cautery by the elastic adhesive force; and an elastic stopper(30) being formed by bending up an adhesive surface(32). The effect can be maximized by locating the moxa cautery tool in a certain location for the moxa ingredient to be generated while burning the moxa and for the remote infrared ray being generated from an elvan and a germanium being contained in the main body pipe to affect.
