摘要 PURPOSE: A driving device for stabilizing semiconductor laser diode is provided to prevent the loss of the laser diode by stabilizing the output and current of the laser diode even when the body of the laser diode is grounded. CONSTITUTION: The driving device for stabilizing semiconductor laser diode includes a current controller(100), laser diode driver(200), a first error current detector(300), a first integrator(400), a temperature controller(600), a thermistor detector(700), a second error current detector(800) and TEC driver(1000). The current controller outputs a stable current by controlling an input current. The laser diode driver controls the laser diode's drive by using the stable current. The first error current detector detects an error current flowing through the laser diode in order to stabilize the current. The first integrator supplies a stable current to the laser diode by integrating an original current and a current detected by the first error current detector. The temperature controller controls a temperature. The thermistor detector detects a resistance variation according to a temperature variation of a thermistor within the laser diode and converts the detected resistance variation into a voltage variation. The second error current detector generates an error signal by comparing a current temperature and a set temperature. The TEC driver supplies a current to a TEC by using a difference voltage of the current temperature and the set temperature.
