PURPOSE: A repeat call limiting method in an electronic switching system capable of limiting a call of a lower switching system subscriber in an upper switching system which can accommodate is provided. CONSTITUTION: A repeat call limiting method in an electronic switching system, the method comprising the steps of: producing a bad subscriber repeating list with respect to subscribers; receiving a transmitting number when a repeating call from a lower switching system is initialized; comparing the transmitting number received in a call control sensor with each number of the bad subscriber repeating list; intercepting a corresponding call when the received transmission number is included in the bad subscriber repeating list; receiving a receiving number with respect to a corresponding call when the received transmission number is not included in the bad subscriber repeating list; and transmitting a receiving number and continuing a call process.
