PURPOSE: An optical record media is provided to minimize a crosstalk between tracks by differentiating a track pitch of an adjacent pitches and irradiating a photo spot to a wide track pitch to exclude an adjacent track signal. CONSTITUTION: The optical record media includes a pit row formed by alternating in a constant track unit as at least more than two track pitches different from each other, wherein a distance between adjacent pitch rows is different from each other by forming a pitch row alternated into a first track pitch and a second track pitch. The pitch rows formed in a track adjacent to the first track pitch are forming a contact side. A light beam is irradiated to the pitch row in a biased direction of an adjacent track and the center of the light beam is shifted and irradiated to wide track pitch. |
