PURPOSE: A controller is provided which precisely controls an optic fiber selector forming an optic path between a primary optic fiber and a secondary optic fiber, by connecting the primary and secondary optic fibers via a stepping motor. CONSTITUTION: A controller comprises a motor driving section(340) for driving a stepping motor(220) by receiving desired driving control signals, a diagnostic section(330) for calculating the number of pulses inputted/outputted from the motor driving section to restore an abnormal operation, an address designating section(350) to realize a serial communication with a desired terminal of precedence function, a key input section(360) inputted a desired control information by a user, a serial communication section(350) for implementing a function of reciprocating a desired message with the terminal of precedence function, a display section(320) for displaying conditions of the serial communication section, the stepping motor, and a selector on a display, and a controller(310) for controlling the above sections. |
