CROSS WALL FABRICATION METHOD FOR A PLASMA DISPLAY PANEL

PURPOSE: A fabrication method of a cross wall used for a PDP(plasma display panel) is provided to simplify manufacturing process and reduce manufacturing cost by forming the cross wall having a high ratio. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises the steps of forming a slurry (28) used for a tape casting; filling the slurry (28) into a mold (32) by uniform thickness so as to form a harden molding substance (29); forming an electrode on the harden molding substance (29); bonding a substrate (36) made of glass, ceramic or metal on the molding substance (29) by using a press or a roller (40); dividing the mold (32), thereby forming a cross wall (42) existed in the substrate (36); and baking the cross wall (42).
