ANIMAL FEED COMPOSITION BY USING FALLEN LEAVES AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: An animal feed composition by using fallen leaves is provided to simplify a manufacturing process while supplying an excellent nutrition. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method for a composition comprises: a step for preparing a subsidiary feed powder by drying and crushing a coarse feed being composed of fallen leaves and grass; a step for mixing 60-85 wt% of the coarse feed powder and 15-40 wt% of a concentrated feed; a step for steaming the mixed powder by using over 100°C of steam for sterilizing and dissolving a fibroid material; a step for mixing the concentrated feed powder and water in the ratio of 1:10-20 for forming a thin porridge and heating for forming a paste porridge; and a step for kneading the mixed powder being steamed by using the paste porridge for pelleting into an edible size for the animal. Therefore, the fallen leaves being used as the coarse feed can be supplied by a low cost, and the manufacturing process does not need an expensive manufacturing apparatus for manufacturing the feed by using low cost.
