PURPOSE: A heat exchanger for a vehicle is provided to make easy the installation of a heat exchanger and to be used commonly without being curbed for the installation. CONSTITUTION: The heat exchanger comprises:tanks(3, 4) having passage injecting apertures(5, 6) and installed on each upper and lower header(2) of a body(1) using brazing method; aluminum tube plates(7) having an inner fin(8) and an out fin(10) installed between the tanks by turns; a core(9) installed between the tube plates; a core guide(11) installed on the outer side of the cores; and a cooling water passage connected to the passage injecting aperture(5, 6).; Thereby, the headers and the tube plates are installed firmly, and the thermal efficiency is extremely improved according to the active heat exchange by the fins.
