PURPOSE: An installing, uninstalling and rotation device for a PDP TV is provided to prevent error in adjusting the angle of a speaker by inserting a hinge bar at the hinge groove and enhance the function of the PDP TV as the mount part structure is simple. CONSTITUTION: The device for a PDP TV comprises a speaker(400), a stand(600), a supporting part(500) in which an end is fixed at the upper side of the stand(600) and the other end is fixed at the rear PDP showing device(100) maintains the height of the PDP showing device in a certain height, a fixing side mount part(200), a moving side mount part(300) which is in hinge combination. A top and bottom mount combining grooves(110, 120) are formed at the PDP showing device. The fixing side mount part(200) further comprises a fixing plate A(210), angle control leave(223, 224) and fixing guide rail A(211,212).
