SENSING METHOD OF ERROR IN FROST REMOVAL MOTOR OF AUTOMATIC DEFROSTER

PURPOSE: A sensing method of errors in a frost removal motor of an automatic defroster is provided to sense if a control signal output from a microcomputer is output to a frost removal motor passing through a drive circuit. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises the steps of:driving of a frost removal motor(10) of an automatic defroster after a control signal is fed from a microcomputer(60); sensing the control signals of a horizontal switch(40) and a frost detecting switch(50) varied by the driving of the frost removal motor; and outputting an error signal of the frost removal motor when the control signal of the horizontal switch and the frost detecting switch is indicated.; Herein, the disconnection and defectives of the frost removal motor is detected promptly and accurately by detecting the driving of the frost removal motor by the control signal of the output terminal signal of the microcomputer and of the horizontal switch and the frost detection switch.
