METHOD FOR ALARMING STANDBY STATE WHEN LINE IS BUSY ON TELEPHONE

PURPOSE: A method which detects and alarms a standby state to a user when a line is busy on a telephone is provided. CONSTITUTION: A method for alarming a standby state when a line is busy on a telephone wherein the telephone includes a tone detector and a ring generator, the method comprising the steps of: (a) judging whether a calling tone is detected by means of a tone detector when a line is busy; (b) generating a ring signal for alarming a standby state by the ring generator when the line is busy when the calling tone is detected by means of a tone detector when a line is busy; and (c) transmitting the ring signal generated in step (b).
