PURPOSE: An electrolyte layer forming method is provided to improve a radio frequency characteristic by realizing a low equivalent series resistance (ESR) value of an electrolyte condenser reducing a porosity of an electrolyte layer. CONSTITUTION: In the method for forming an electrolyte layer on an oxide film which is formed on a valve metal surface such a titanium or aluminum, a first solution and a second solution are mixed, and a high polymer electrolyte layer is formed on the oxide film surface by an electrolyte polymerization. The first solution is a polymer solution which comprises pyrrole, thiophene, furan, aniline, acetylene, etc. The second solution comprises polypyrrole, polyaniline, polythiophene, polymethylene, polyfuran, polyphenylene sulfide, polyphenyl enevinylene, polythienylenevinlyene, and polyisothianaphten solution. |
