A method is provided for the realisation of an elastic assembly for limiting springing for motor vehicle suspensions, consisting of setting vertically a bellows protection element (1) made of plastic material comprising a lower portion (3) presenting an inner surface corresponding to the outer profile of an elastic buffer (4) to be realised, of pouring a resin into said lower portion circumscribed by rigid moulds (5) and of subjecting the poured resin to a polymerisation process. Also provided is an elastic assembly for limiting springing (11) for motor vehicle suspensions comprising an elastic buffer (4) and a bellows protection element (1) presenting respective surfaces (4a and 3b) of mutual engagement able to be joined monolithically by chemical connection of the materials whereof they are made. <IMAGE> |
