PURPOSE: A multiplexing method of a code division multiple access communication system is provided to improve an efficiency of a radio resource by supporting a physical channel sufficiently although a transfer rate is changed. CONSTITUTION: In the physical channel multiplexing method of a code division multiple access communication system, a multiplexing procedure is performed with two steps so as to share a logic channel. As determining different multiplexing unit type at performing the multiplexing procedure and prescribing the multiplexing unit type according to a sort of a physical channel, the physical channels of the same sort uses the same multiplexing unit type so that a multiplexing construction prescribing procedure is performed once initially.
