PURPOSE: The method improves the productivity and reduces the time, space and cost needed in the phosphor deposition by injecting phosphor between a separation wall using a plurality of R, G, B supply nozzles. CONSTITUTION: The method is to deposit each R(red), G(green), B(blue) phosphor(55a, 55b, 55c) on address electrodes after forming a separation wall to separate address electrodes into a plurality of discharge cell and forming a plurality of address electrodes on one surface of a substrate(50) in parallel with each other. The method comprises the processes of: determining the position of the substrate by loading; injecting R, G, B phosphor between separation walls so that each phosphor is deposited between separation walls; and drying R, G, B phosphor deposited on the substrate.
