PURPOSE: A herb medical physical therapy composition and a manufacturing method are provided to promote a physical therapy to a human body by radiating an infrared ray, which is harmless to the human body. CONSTITUTION: The physical therapy composition mixed with elvan powder of 20 to 40 wt %, alkali powder of 20 to 30 wt % and pine resin powder of 60 to 20 wt % is composed of the steps of:crushing a pine tree branch with elvan, alkali feldspar, pine root and resinous knots of the pine tree by element so as to powder; mixing the powder by element; making a solid by being sintered with the viscosity of the pine resin after heating and compressing the mixed powder at a certain temperature.
