PURPOSE: A low voltage integral type photo-sensor having reset signal bootstrapping circuit is provided to obtain an image data having great quality. CONSTITUTION: The low voltage integral type photo-sensor having reset signal bootstrapping circuit includes n number of pixel sensors(32-34) and a reset voltage pull-up unit(36). Each pixel sensor has a reset switching transistor(M1) and a photo diode(D2, D3). The reset switching transistor has a gate to which a reset voltage is applied and a drain to which a supply voltage(Vdd) is applied. The photo diode connects between the source of the reset switching transistor and a reference voltage. The n number of pixel sensors set the supply voltage as an initial image data of each pixel in response to the reset voltage. The reset voltage pull-up unit generates the reset voltage greater than or equals sum of the threshold voltage of the reset switching transistor and the supply voltage.
