TRANSITION VECTOR HAVING BOMBYX MORI NUCLEAR POLYHEDROSIS VIRUS AND POLYHEDRINE PROTEIN GENE THEREOF

摘要

PURPOSE: Transition vector including Bombyx mori nuclear polyhedrosis virus-k1 as new Bombyx mori nuclear polyhedrosis virus variant and promoter polyhedrine protein gene separated from Korea sericulture farmstead, and express useful exotic gene. CONSTITUTION: Transition vector include sequence of -1287 to +1 as 5' distal end containing complete promoter, multiple cloning site in the position of connecting sequence of +736 to +2109 as 3' distal end, 5' distal end, 3' distal end in +1 of A of transcription start codon ATG in base sequence of bombyx mori nuclear polyhedrosis virus-k1 polyhedrine protein gene, and is able to overcome demerits in refining confluent material as nonconfluent transition vector, excellent expression efficiency than existing transition vector by maintaining complete promoter site.
