PURPOSE: A road repairing vehicle produces concrete mixture on the working spot with materials loaded. CONSTITUTION: A welding generator(2) and a hydraulic pressure generator(3) are placed on the container of a usual vehicle(1). Multiple hoppers(4, 4') are placed on one side of the container. A collecting box(5), a tool box(6), a retarder tank(18) and a water tank(19) are fixed to both sides of the hoppers(4, 4'). A conveyer is formed under the hoppers(4, 4'). A first agitating device and a rotatable second agitating device(10) are formed on the end part of the conveyer respectively. The hoppers(4, 4') are packed with gravel, sand, cement, etc., needed to produce concrete respectively. The conveyer delivers mixed material from the hoppers(4, 4') to the first agitating device. Concrete mixture passing through the second agitating device(10) is discharged outside by an outlet on the end part of the second agitating device(10). |
