LIQUID CRYSTAL DISPLAY OF PLANE SWITCHING METHOD

摘要

PURPOSE: A liquid crystal display is provided to improve image quality of a liquid crystal display panel by preventing creature of a flicker in application of unsuitable common voltage. CONSTITUTION: The display comprises a timing controller controlling time to display data by receiving external data and a synchronous signal, a gate driver generating a gate driving signal for sequentially turning on a thin film transistor of the liquid crystal display panel in each line when a start pulse vertical signal is received from the timing controller, a data driver storing the data in a shift register and generating a voltage corresponding to each of the data, and a panel displaying the data and having capacitance to control potential between a source electrode and a common electrode.
