PURPOSE: The pole system is provided to work conveniently while constructing by overlapping the center of a pole where a camera for traffic light or traffic monitoring is established. CONSTITUTION: The installation of a pole system has the steps of: connecting with a hinge(30) by dividing a pole(10) established vertically on the ground at the center; forming a flange(21) at one side of the upper pole(12) to combine with the flange(23) of a connection stand(20); establishing a traffic light or a camera(50) for monitoring traffic at the upper part of one side of the connection stand(20); fixing one end of a fixing plate(22) at the other side of the upper pole(12); forming the lower side of the fixing plate(22) long to be lengthened to the lower pole(11) to be fixed by a bolt(25) of the lower pole(11); installing a decelerator consisted of plural gears, for controlling the deceleration rate and also for driving a pulley.
