PURPOSE: A safety wall outlet and plug is provided to maximize productivity and, simultaneously, prevent durability from being degraded. CONSTITUTION: A safety wall outlet and plug includes a plug(3) and a wall outlet(1). An inserting stick(16) is formed in a front end of the plug body(15). A fair of plug unit is protruded on the outside face of the inserting stick of the plug. The inserting stick, which is formed the front end of the plug, and a inserting hole(19), which the plug unit is passed, are formed in the body of the wall outlet. A pair of wall outlet unit, which the plug unit is inserted and locked, is installed in the inside of the wall outlet. The plug unit is electrically contacted with the wall outlet unit and, simultaneously, locked according to a position variation of the plug in a state which the inserting stick of the plug is inserted in the inserting hole of the wall outlet.
