CONSTRUCTING METHOD OF INSULATION TANK

PURPOSE: A constructing method of an insulation tank is provided to improve the intensity and the durability by maintaining the uniform state wholly, not to separate an exterior member by an expansion, and to give the economic benefit by reducing the material costs. CONSTITUTION: The constructing method of an insulation tank comprises:a reinforcing band installing step to crosswise stick a reinforcing band(11) in regular intervals in the tank(10); a space bar installing step to stick a space bar(20) made by an insulating material lengthwise between the outer wall of the tank(10) and the reinforcing band(11); a first spray step to form a first insulation layer(31) in a certain thickness by spraying a foaming resin by a spray gun(35) to the space formed between the space bar(20) and the reinforcing band(11); a film forming step to pass a certain time to form a film as the outer wall of the first insulation layer(31).
