PURPOSE: An elastic pack having elasticity is provided to save a manufacturing and a wrapping cost and to greatly reduce environment pollution. CONSTITUTION: When forcibly putting a perm solution on a plate type pack having elasticity and at the same time using the perm solution, the inflow of air into the pack is prevented by pouring with the elastic force of the pack itself so as to use. Therefore, when using for several times as mush as needed while storing a lot of perm solution for a long time, it is possible to use the first efficacy without any change, to save a manufacturing and a wrapping cost since the perm solution as much as dozens of disposable packs can be stored according to the regulation of the size of the pack.
