摘要 <p>In the present invention there is disclosed a molecular mark for identification of Czech hop being formed by a DNA filament having sequence of the general formula I being amplified by means of primers derived from 5 and 3 with sequence 5 CCTCTAGCAA ATTCTCAATT GCGTA 3 and 5 CTCTACCGAA CCAGCAAACC GTCGA 3 . In the present invention there is further disclosed a method of detecting the molecular mark for identifying Czech hop, which detection method is characterized in that an DNA isolated from plant tissues of tested plants is amplified by making use of polymerase and primers according to the Claim No. 1, particularly employing the method of chain polymerase reaction. The reaction products being separated in agarose gel are transferred to a hybridization membrane and are subjected to hybridization with a hybridization probe that is preferably radiolabelled and formed by a sequence of nucleotides being complementary to the sequence of the DNA forming the molecular mark. A specific molecular mark is achieved in such a manner that the product of the polymerase chain reaction is separated in acrylamide gel for detection of a double transition of specific structures in a perpendicular temperature gradient within the range of 20 to 60 degC.</p>
