PURPOSE: A deciphering/recording apparatus of information storage card having forgery and falsification prevention function is provided to prevent illegal forgery and falsification of information storage card. CONSTITUTION: The deciphering/recording apparatus of information storage card having forgery and falsification prevention function comprises: a card carrier unit(240) which carries an information storage card having a recording domain(310), a printing domain(320) and a security domain(330); a recording/regeneration unit(250) which records and regenerates an appointed information for the recording domain; a breakdown printing unit(260) which prints an appointed information for the printing domain(320); a sensor module(100) which projects an appointed incident light for the security domain(330) and detects an appointed security code through the reflected light; and a control unit(200) which controls the operation states of the card carrier unit, recording/regeneration unit, breakdown printing unit and sensor module, and discriminates a forgery or falsification of the information storage card.
