PAPER FEED METHOD FOR A PICTURE FORMING APPARATUS

PURPOSE: A paper feed method for a picture forming apparatus is provided, which picks up a paper by a predetermined number in the case that the paper is not picked up when a printing paper is picked up for printing a printing data. CONSTITUTION: The paper feed method for a picture forming apparatus comprises the steps: (S100-S102) setting a number of pick-up of a printing paper; (S103, S104) sensing as to whether the printing paper is picked up when a printing command is received from a computer; and (S105-S109) performing a picture forming progress through a phase forming means when the printing paper is sensed, and counting a number of pick-up of a feed roller when the printing is not sensed and performing a pick-up of the printing paper until the set number is identical to the counting value. Thereby, it is possible to decrease the ratio of an error occurrence and the number of work progress.
