PURPOSE: The construction method of a cross beam is provided to reduce the safety accident by pursuing safety, to prevent the faulty work by increasing the work efficiency, to reduce the construction cost and period. CONSTITUTION: The construction method of a cross beam of a concrete beam bridge for reducing the construction cost and period and also for improving the safety contains the steps of: installing a container body(10) made into U shaped cross beam having upper part and both side opened; arranging a steel reinforcing assembly(20) assembled by settling the steel reinforcing inside of the body tank(10); placing the container body (10) assembled between established main beams(2) to a cross direction to be supported by lifting; tighten the gap between the ends of the body tank(10) with a ring material(40) so cement paste as not to be leaked; curing the concrete(30).
