PURPOSE: A preparation method of ampoules with an inlet at its one side end to insert a straw wherein for drinking the contents is provided which is good for the health and improves safety and easiness for use. CONSTITUTION: A method is disclosed for preparing ampoules with an inlet at its one side end, formed a curbed part having a diameter in size to insert a straw and an extended part having a greater diameter than the curbed part between an ample body and one side end of the inlet and which have a cutting line where separation is to be affected. The method comprises:(a)fixing the lower part of a glass tube to a clamp; (b)preheating it for forming both inlets(20,30) at 1,000-1,200°C; (c)drawing the preheated portion; (c)measuring the thickness of the drawn portion by a sensor; (d)reforming the drawn portion to be a uniform thickness; (f)forming the curbed part(31) and the extended part(32) to insert the straw(S); (g)forming the inlet(30) to insert the straw(S) and a conventional inlet(20) in shape by cutting an intermediate part of the drawn portion formed in the shape of the tapered inlet(20); (h)heat-treating both inlets(20,30) at 500-800°C such that the inlet(30) to insert the straw(S) is finished in an opened state to insert the contents, the conventional inlet(20) in shape is hermetically sealed; (i)falling down an ample formed the conventional inlet(20) in shape and fixing the inlet side of the ampoules with the inlet(30) to insert the straw(S); (j)producing a half product of the ampoules by repeating the above process; (k)forming the cutting line(21,33) at both inlets(20,30) of the half product of the ampoules; and (l)hermetically sealing the inlet(30) to insert the straw(S) after inserting the contents.
