PURPOSE: A real-time recording/reproducing method is provided to generate a record command using the information of a defect area returned from an optical record medium. CONSTITUTION: The real-time recording/reproducing method of an optical record medium comprises the steps of: generating a control signal for requiring an information for a defect area when data to be recorded a real time is generated (501), to transmit the generated control signal to an optical record medium recording device (502); and generating a record command when the information of the defect area is returned (503), and transmitting the record command and the real-time purpose data to the optical record medium recording device (504 and 505), wherein the record command is to force data not to be recorded to the defect area.
