PURPOSE: A wireless packet voice protocol is provided to support many voice users, simultaneously, and have a wireless media access hierarchy capable of supporting packet data services with a high speed. CONSTITUTION: A method for wireless packet voice data communication comprises the steps of: making a traffic generated from a voice traffic generator, to a wireless packet voice protocol structure, dividing to a plurality of media access control frames, and transmitting to an allocated exclusive traffic channel; assembling the received media access control frames to wireless packet voice protocol frames, and transmitting to the upper operation section. The traffic is generated from a pronunciation sector. When a first media access control frame reception is delayed during the assembling the wireless packet voice protocol frames, the compensating time for the delay is calculated, and the wireless packet voice protocol frames are assembled by delaying all media access control frames, as the compensating time.
