PURPOSE: A panel automatic installing device is provided to prevent a dangerous situation while working even in a narrow place and to reduce the time of the repeated working for mass-production. CONSTITUTION: The panel automatic installing device includes:a horizontal guide rail(30); a moving hole(51) contacted on a horizontal air cylinder; a body(50) consisted of an upper plate(53) fixed and installed by a fixing bracket(52) and a lower plate(54) combined by the all directional edge of the upper plate and several connecting pieces(55); a vertical guide rod(60) moving over the upper and lower plates of the body; a elevating and dropping member(70) vertically moving, fixed on the lower end of the vertical guide rod; a rotary member(80); a control device(120) for controlling the contacted body, elevating and dropping member, rotary device, clamping device, and vertical air cylinder in a working order.
