PURPOSE: A rib processing system is provided to easily cut or separate flesh in a bone out of a rib. CONSTITUTION: The rib processing system is composed of the components such as:an outer case(10); a rotary drum(50) making the introduced rib move together; a driving motor(55) having a reduction gear; a blade(60) rapidly reciprocated in a straight line to the horizontal direction on the upper area of the rotary drum; a blade driving motor(31) driving the blade; a movement converting piece(40) of which side fixes the blade; a transmitting plate(52) of which upper face installs the movement converting piece and the blade driving motor; and a transmitting cam(53) installed on the rotary shaft of the rotary drum to exhaust the processed rib to the lower area.
