DETECTING METHOD FOR MOLTEN IRON ENTRAINED IN BLAST FURNACE SLAG AND THE APPARATUS

摘要

PURPOSE: Detecting method for molten iron in blast furnace slag to detect molten iron entrained in slag with automatic and accurate using timber, prevent large blowup by sensing leakage of molten iron to slag runner and safety accident of operator. CONSTITUTION: Automatic detecting method for molten iron entrained in blast furnace slag by dipping tree in slag released from preclusion apeture of large runner consist of releasing blast furnace slag to preclusion apeture, dipping timber in slag released, exothermic reaction timber slag or molten iron entrained in slag, detecting vibration of timber due to exothermic reaction, detecting only vibration due to exothermic of timber and molten iron among vibration.
