PURPOSE: A lithium ion and method for fabricating an electrode for a lithium ion polymer electric cell is provided to increase the conductivity of the electrode and reduce the resistance of the electrode. CONSTITUTION: A lithium ion and method for fabricating an electrode for a lithium ion polymer electric cell includes two steps. A first step is to mix an active material(3), a conductive material, and a cohesion material to fabricate a slurry. A second step is to coat and dry the slurry in the net type electrostatic precipitator(1). In the coating step, the slurry is coated after a film which an adhesives is coated is attached on the back side of a coating side of the electrostatic precipitator.
