CEMENT MANUFACTURING METHOD BY USING WASTE FOUNDRY SAND

PURPOSE: A cement manufacturing method by using waste foundry sand is provided to prevent environment pollution by stably and economically recycling the waste foundry sand and at the same time to save a cement producing cost. CONSTITUTION: The method has the steps of: putting the crushed waste foundry sand in a range of 0.5 to 10 wt % of the total cement material after removing the mixed wastes of the waste foundry sand to crush; crushing the waste foundry sand into the size under 20mm in a crusher(9) and supplying it to a vibrating screen with a regular amount through a grizzle feeder(10); storing the waste foundry sand which cannot pass through the upper end screen by the sieve of the vibrating screen in a storing place(14) through a belt conveyer(13) and supplying it to the crusher through the conveyer; transmitting the waste foundry sand passing through the lower end screen to a storing hopper(16) through the belt conveyer to be stored.
