PURPOSE: A composition comprising far infrared radiating material, a polymer, zeolite, and an antibiotic etc. and a method for coating the composition on textile fabrics are provided which can reuse several times by washing. CONSTITUTION: A 1st composition comprising an aqueous polymer and water in a wt. ratio of 5-6:2, a 2nd composition comprising a solvent, water and PVC powder in a vol. ratio of 2:2:1-2, a 3rd composition comprising water, far infrared radiating material in a wt. ratio of 2:1, and a 4th composition comprising water, zeolite and an antibiotic in a wt. ratio of 100:20-50:1 are mixed uniformly in a ratio of the 1st to the 2nd composition of 7-8:5-6 and the 3rd to the 4th composition of 4-6:1-3 to give the title composition. The composition shows an emissivity of infrared rays of 0.88 and an emanating power of 3.54 times 10¬2 W/m¬2. micrometer. 40°C. The textile fabrics coming out from two pairs of conveying rollers(10,10) are coated with the far infrared radiating composition by passing through a 1st tank(14) which contains the liquid phase far infrared radiating composition and dried by passing through a 1st heat drier(16). And the procedure is repeated once more. The textile fabrics coated with the far infrared radiating composition in twice are passed through a 3rd tank(20) which contains a mixture of water, gypsum powder and acetic acid in a wt. ratio of 100:20-50:50, dried by passing through a 2nd heat drier(22) and cut to give a final product. |
