PURPOSE: A method for raising a bean sprout is provided to eliminate poisonous material and heavy metal being deposited and attached on the skin and to activate a bean cell for promoting the growth. CONSTITUTION: A method for raising a bean sprout is composed of:a washing impurity out step for storing a bean for washing by using clean water; a yellow soil washing step for depositing the washed bean in a yellow soil water being made by mixing yellow soil powder and water for agitating for a certain period and depositing for 20 - 24 hours for eliminating the poisonous material being attached to the skin of the bean; a yellow soil washing step for draining the yellow soil water after completing the yellow soil water washing for washing the yellow soil being attached on the skin by using the clean water; and a bean sprouting step for spraying a growing water to the washed bean periodically for growing to the bean sprout. Therefore, the bean cell is activated during being deposited in the yellow soil water for promoting a growth in a germ-free state. |
